The Memorandum of Understanding between the grantee and the Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC) requires as a condition of the award progress reports, financial status reports, and a final report.

Financial status reports and progress reports are required no later than 30 days after the end of each 6 month period, and a final report is required no later than 90 days after the end of the project.

In addition, grantees may request budget revisions, carry forward from year-to-year unspent grant funds, or a no cost extension at the end of the grant.
